Two LIDC Colleges join consortium to undertake evaluations for DFID

LIDC and two of its constituent colleges, the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) and School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), are proud to be part of a consortium led by consultancy firm Mott MacDonald chosen as one of the service providers in DFID’s Global Evaluation Framework Agreement (GEFA).

DFID has established GEFA to ensure the provision of efficient and effective consultancy services for the design and implementation of evaluations across its programmes. The services will include programmes  funded  through the UK Government’s £2.9 billion International Climate Fund (ICF), jointly managed by DFID, the Department for Energy and Climate Change (DECC) and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA).

The panel of service providers will be able to bid to conduct evaluations across DFID’s and the ICF’s programmes.
